Prepare yourselves for the triumphant return of the The Gem City Comic Con in Dayton Ohio on Saturday March 24th and Sunday March 25th at the Dayton Convention Center. We are back for the 12th annual show that brings you the greatest comics for the greatest prices under one roof. It’s time to start making room in your long boxes for all the great comic value you can get your hands on. Whether you are looking to fill a gap in your collection or looking for an amazing story to wet your appetite, we guarantee that we have the right comics just for you.

What would any great convention be without a great line-up of guests. This year our featured guests include the talents of comic legend Mike Grell, Barry Kitson, Steve Englehart, P. Craig Russell, Chris Bachalo, Kevin Nowlen and many more. Returning guests include such talents from Nate Lovett, Jay Leisten, Kyle Hotz, Savvy, Ren McKinzie and Dustin Carson. Be sure to keep an eye out for future panel listings from various guests that will continue throughout the day, including our hugely successful charity auction.

As recently announced, we will be hosting new activities throughout the run of the convention for the “Game Developers Lab,” which spins a new twist on the gaming community in Dayton. Continuing with our creed of encouraging the next wave of artistry, we have been encouraging content creators to step forward with their gaming ideas and use the Gem City facilities in a way to promote and play test new game mechanics for future products.

Finally, we want to give a shoutout to the cosplay community which has always been a present force at the Gem City Comic Con. Again we will be hosting a cosplay contest where you can show off your artistry in front of a panel of judges with the possibility to win prizes and recognition. More information will be available on the contest in the coming months, so start un-packing your sewing machines.

We at the Gem City Comic Con strive to bring you the best comic book content Ohio has to offer, and we look forward to having you as a part of that experience. It’s our continuing goal to create a community of talented people that can network with one another and share their passion for comics in a family friendly environment. So please join us this March 24th and 25th at the Dayton Convention Center for the 12th annual Gem City Comic Con where “We Do Comics!”
